Electronic module change form

Welcome to the online module change process.

You should only complete this form if you've already met with your lecturer (or academic counseller if you're a JHS student) and discussed adding, dropping or swapping modules on your account.

When completing the form, you'll need to know the codes for the modules you want to change and the name of the lecturer that you've discussed this with. Please make sure you fill in all the details required and only put your Unimail address. We won't be able to process your request without all boxes being completed, including the module code.

After we've received your form we'll send the details to your lecturer for a decision. An email will be sent to your Unimail account to let you know the outcome once we've heard back from your tutor.

Please make sure you've given us all the correct details (including your ID number) and remember to check your email regularly through UDo so you don't miss out on any important information.
