After leaving the University of Derby Buxton in May, 2009 with a 1st Class Honours degree in International Spa Management, I worked part-time for a reputable marketing and brand development agency in Sheffield. Whilst working there I applied for local and national graduate schemes and I was fortunate enough to bag myself a telephone interview with the Wildes Group, a prestigious Cheshire based company.

After two face to face interviews I was offered the post of Graduate Trainee Manager. This role involves me working as a trainee manager for the hair salon and day retreat brand 'The House of W' and also the Sheffield based hair salon brand 'Loaf Hair'.
"I'm already getting involved"
It's early days but I'm already getting involved in the recruitment of staff, selection of products and planning for a newly acquired salon.
