The School of Technology at the University of Derby is part of the Faulty of Arts, Design and Technology.
In this Faculty we are a creative community. Our range of subjects embraces art, design, humanities, media and technology and the many diverse areas within these fields. We have a longstanding reputation in all of our subjects and many of our staff are active researchers at the highest level developing a modern and dynamic environment to study. Our high calibre graduates and alumni have won numerous national and international awards and have gone on to establish enviable reputations in their chosen professions.
We have recently made considerable investment in our physical resources, which includes modern purpose built facilities and some of the very latest in new technologies. These are supplemented by our excellent links and partnerships with industry and the professional world, with many of our programmes being accredited by professional bodies.
