What the masterclass will cover:
Abi Locke is a Reader in Applied Social Psychology at the University of Huddersfield, and a Visiting Professor of Social and Health Psychology at the University of Derby. In this Masterclass, Abi will examine the use of data obtained from the media for psychological research:
“In this Masterclass I will look at the use of media analysis, in particular newspaper articles, as a source of data for social science projects. Using examples from current research projects, I will demonstrate how to collect the articles and suggest methods of analysing them.”
