This is one of 11 Research Centre's at the University of Derby, which act as communities of experienced, emerging and training researchers.
The Centre for Psychological Research exists to facilitate psychology research and support the development of an active psychology research culture at the university, and to support the research strategies of the university and the Faculty of Education, Health and Sciences.
The centre includes a wide range of psychological research that is organised into a number of research clusters:
- Health Psychology,
- Cognitive Psychology,
- The Psychology of Mental Health,
- Pedagogic Psychology,
- Critical and Social Psychology,
- Psychology of Paranormal Phenomena.
