Shaista Laher - BSc (Hons) Psychology
Shaista is currently studying our BSc (Hons) Psychology here at Derby, and talks about her expeiences on the course so far:
How did you feel when you first began studying here?
"When I first started university I was very scared to be in new surroundings and starting fresh, but I met so many people from my course who were all really friendly."
What have you gained from studying Psychology at Derby?
"I have thoroughly enjoyed my first year of studying psychology; I have learnt a lot of interesting workings of many psychologists and their theories. I have enjoyed it a lot as the lectures have been really supportive and approachable and have always been happy to help, which gave me a lot of confidence."
