We support Derby City Council and High Peak Borough Council's standards for student accommodation
Our Registered Accommodation Scheme
Before you can join our Registered Accommodation Scheme, your property must meet the council's standards for student accommodation.
We'll register your property for 12 months and promote it to our students through our online property search facility.
