Housing Fair on 6 February in the Atrium at Kedleston Road.
All private properties showcased at the Housing Fair are University approved.
All Derby halls of residence comply with the UK Universities code of practice
Whether you're after private accommodation or a place in halls you'll be able to sort it all out at the Housing Fair. James Beckett, UDSU President will be opening the event at 10am and it will finish at 2pm.

All of our University approved local landlords and letting agents will be available in person at Kedleston Road for you to discuss your needs and help you find private housing for you and your friends next year.
You will be able to:
- Read testimonials from previous students, provided by the landlords and agents.
- View photographs and details of all the local properties available.
- Book appointments to view any properties you like the look of.

Book into halls of residence
Did you know that there are places in halls for second, third and fourth year students, not just first years? You can apply to live in a flat with friends as long as you all apply together. Come to the halls stand on 6 February to find out more or contact us.
