Staff development for partners

The University of Derby aims to provide academic support and guidance for staff engaged in developing collaborative approaches
to curriculum development and delivery of its programmes.
The Partnership Office, working closely with colleagues in faculties and the Centre for Quality, co-ordinates and as appropriate leads staff development sessions for partner staff to disseminate good practice.
We also welcome partners' contributions to the development
of the ongoing programme and we consider it essential that our partners are consulted in shaping the content of future sessions so all your comments will be taken on board.
We hold a series of staff development events throughout the academic year.
The staff development workshops will be held at the University of Derby, Kedleston Road site initially, however, partners may by negotiation wish to offer a workshop at the partner institution for staff development purposes. The timing of the workshops will enable colleagues to either attend for half a day or a whole day dependent upon their selection of workshop titles. Typically workshops will run from 10am-12 noon and 1pm-3pm.
