Our Student Charter is an agreement between you and the University of Derby Online Learning. It is based on things our past students have told us have been important to their success.

The Charter provides a framework for the continuous improvement of our academic courses and related support services and sets out how we can help you to achieve your full academic potential.

The Charter comprises responsibility statements and entitlement statements that make it clear exactly what you can expect from us and what we will expect from you as an online learner.
