Mentoring in Practice

Within health and social care the role of the mentor has evolved into that of an individual who has responsibility for students' learning in the practice setting, the quality of that learning and the assessment of skills. To fulfil this role therefore, you will need a critical understanding of key issues affecting teaching, learning and assessing.
