Foundations of Supervisory Practice

This module examines a wide range of theories in regard to clinical supervision. You will examine both theories and models developed sepcifically within various counselling/psychotherapy approaches as well as models developed that transcend therapeutic modality.

You will be encouraged to analyse models of supervision and consider the impact of these models and styles on the person being supervised and the supervisor.
