Library Services

InFocus (Information for Off Campus Students) is a library and information support service for students studying at a distance - Online Learners, Worked Based Learning and Distance Learning programmes, off-campus research and placement students. It is run by the Distributed Learning Unit.

We can act as a focal point at the University when you don't know who else to contact as well as answer your queries about accessing library materials - both printed and electronic. We can help you to obtain information for your studies in a variety of ways. If you live in the UK and Ireland we can post book loans to you: we can post photocopies of journal articles and book chapters anywhere in the world. We may be able to help you to access another library closer to you. For more details please see our Guide to Services page.
