It’s essential that I have a good understanding of commercial law

My current role involves the execution of large heavy industry construction work at several multinational locations, and requires the management and administration of hundreds of contracts. Increasingly, legal aspects of operation in multinational areas are a major risk factor to any project.

As such, it's important that I have a sound knowledge of the laws that apply internationally in the commercial arena, and that's why I chose the LLM specialising in commercial law.

Without online study, I couldn’t have done this course

I work at remote locations and I am rarely in the UK so this was one of the few courses ideally suited to my needs. Having a full time job, operating overseas and without easy access to law libraries, I couldn't study any other way than online. The support from lecturers and the online resources are both excellent.

It’s a good choice for my career

Even though I'm only a few months into the course, studying the first couple of modules has already helped me a lot in my working life. It's been enjoyable and I've received excellent help from the lecturers and staff when requested. I definitely think I've made a good choice!
