A full degree can help you stand out in this competitive and continually expanding industry – research has shown that qualifications really make a difference to career progression in hospitality.
Learn to industry standards, from industry professionals

This degree is accredited by the Institute of Hospitality, the professional body for managers working in this sector. That means they believe it’s good preparation for a hospitality management career. You’ll be taught by our expert partners, the London Hotel School and the Swiss Hotel Management School, and you’ll have the opportunity to listen online to presentaitons from high profile guest speakers such as senior managers from renowned hotel chains and resorts like Gleneagles.
You’re in control
Studying online gives you the flexibility to study at the most convenient time and place for you. Course modules still operate within a fixed trimester but you can choose to study during the day, in the evenings or at the weekend rather than having to attend fixed lectures. This can be invaluable when you’re working in a busy hospitality role, because we know it’s not easy to get time off work. Throughout the course we’ll ask you to test out what you’re learning in your day to day role, and use your own experiences in assignments. Ultimately this should mean you find the degree more useful for your career.
We are currently updating and revalidating the module content for this course. From September 2013 each module will be worth 20 credits instead of the current 15. This means you may be doing fewer modules but will be covering topics in more depth.
