British degrees you can study from home

Our course materials are designed specifically so that you can study for a UK degree anywhere in the world.  All you need is a computer and access to the internet.  So there’s no need to come to the UK to attend lectures to complete your course.  And you can obtain a credible British degree without ever leaving home.

We teach all of our online degrees and courses in English. If English is not your first language, you will need a good level of both written and spoken English.  See English Language Requirements for more details.

Graduate in the UK

When you have successfully completed your course, we’ll invite you to attend the University of Derby graduation ceremony in the UK. 

You don’t have to attend but this is a great opportunity to meet your programme leader, online tutors and fellow students, perhaps for the first time. You may require a holiday visa, depending where you are travelling from to visit the UK. 

Visas

You can study our online courses from any location around the world.  There is no need for you to attend the University campus in the UK for any extensive period of time. So you won’t need a visa to achieve your British degree and our online courses do not constitute rightful cause for visa entitlement, or visa extension.
