Landlord Forum

More than 80 landlords attended a recent forum held at the University's Kedleston Road site in conjunction with the Derby City Council on March 23.
The agenda included such varied topics as the benefits of the Accredited Property Scheme, How student welfare services can support landlords and anti-social behaviour/crime prevention. Local companies were also invited to exhibit in the lower atrium.
The event was very well received and the feedback from the landlords was good. One comment received was: "We have never been in the University before and it's an absolutely fantastic facility."
