Buxton Chef-Lecturer Makes Final Of National Competition

The University of Derby Buxton Chef-Lecturer Robert Stordy has made it to the final of the Linda McCartney meat free competition with his recipe for meat-free moussaka.
Robert is down to the final three from 500 recipes submitted to the competiton. He said: "This stage of the competition involves me being filmed preparing my dish. The film, which will also include University of Derby Buxton students sampling the dish, will then be aired on ITV during the week commencing April 4."
