An expert in beauty and holistic therapy is opening up luxury treatment room in Ashbourne to provide the latest in pampering and beauty therapies.
On 22 November, Laura Blanchard (32), who graduated from the University of Derby Buxton MA International Spa Management course in 2011, opened Neroli & Rose Organic Therapies at her home on Buxton Road near the Market Square, Ashbourne.
Laura's holistic approach to face and body treatments uses indulgent, organic products including Neal's Yard Remedies and Neom Luxury Organics providing the best in ultimate pampering.
Originally from Cambridgeshire, Laura said: "Clients are offered a personalised, leisurely experience in a beautiful treatment room all set in a traditional Derbyshire market town on the edge of the Peak District."
Isobel Stockdale, Programme Leader for Spa and Hairdressing added: "We are so proud of Laura and wish her well with her new venture."
The treatment room's soft furnishings have been designed by Laura's sister, Louise Standing (37), who also graduated from the University of Derby after studying the BA (Hons) Applied Arts degree in 2000.
Laura also offers similar treatments at Neal's Yard Remedies in Manchester every Wednesday and Thursday.
