Support Services Inductions
We have many different types of students studying with us and they all have the right to access our services so it's important that they know about them.
We work with faculties during intake periods, September and January to put together a schedule of 'welcome' events. These include a welcome from the faculty and introduction to support services. All programmes will have a scheduled slot, you can contact your Faculty Operations Manager to find out more.
However we recognise that there are some programmes that have non-standard starts and in these circumstances we can provide a video to be shown as part of the students' induction. To get a copy please email feedback@derby.ac.uk.
For our postgraduate students who we recognise may have very different priorities we also have a video available tailored to audience. To get a copy please email feedback@derby.ac.uk.
