About this module

The establishment of a health and care delivery service that is able to provide for the needs of a diverse population and of an increasingly complex choice of interventions must be able to embrace change.  The ability to initiate and manage change effectively and positively is an important aspect for any health and social care professional working either as a manager, on their own or in a team.

This module introduces some of the models and theories underpinning successful management of change and also enables you to evaluate your own perceptions and attitudes.  It provides a base for you to consider how to manage change within your workplace effectively and efficiently and to critically evaluate the process involved.
