We are working with several local schools and over 250 students to deliver our MA Education which is tailored to support the personal and professional development of teaching teams and staff.
Our free MA Education Works! conference will showcase aspects of practice in school which have contributed to whole school improvements. This includes:
- enriching student engagement
- developing creative approaches to teaching and learning activities
- increasing staff collaboration
- reducing staff turnover
- supporting your succession planning.
With a keynote speech and presentations from head teachers and staff who are currently studying with us, you'll learn what works, what makes a real impact in school and the best strategies for balancing daily roles of leadership in the classroom with personal and professional development opportunities.
Why should I attend?
If you're part of your school's leadership team, or responsible for implementing development strategies for whole school improvement, the conference will demonstrate the scope and opportunity available for professional development and, crucially, the impact this can have on school performance.
- See the types of projects schools have developed and what impact these have made.
- Take the opportunity to network with staff from other schools, sharing knowledge and best practice.
