Presentation skills
Speaking in public can be stressful, and even more so when you are being assessed. The key to improving your presentation skills is practice, the more you do it the easier it becomes.
It also pays to prepare in advance, think of any questions you may get asked about your work and make sure you have an answer prepared.
Try to enjoy it, the more interested you are the more the audience will respond and find it interesting.
Smile, it helps to brighten your voice and makes you look like you approachable, so your audience will engage more with your work.
