The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) is the UK's leading provider of qualifications, training and consultancy for payroll and pensions.

It is a membership-based organisation with around 5,000 professionals currently enjoying membership benefits and it excels in providing high quality payroll training, nationally recognised qualifications and consultancy.

CIPP Education is the training subsidiary of The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and is a recognised 'Investor in People' organisation.

Programmes

The following programmes are currently running at CIPP:

  • MSc Business and Payroll Management

(The MSc programme consists of three stages - Postgraduate Certificate Business and Payroll Management, Postgraduate Diploma Business and Payroll Management, MSc Business and Payroll Management)

Enrolment

Students apply to CIPP and enrol in September.  Student application and enrolment data is forwarded to UoD for input into the UoD Student Records System and a letter providing login details to the University's online virtual learning environment (UDO), web links to the UDo Student Guide (inc useful contacts) and the Universities 'Rights, Responsibilities and Regulations' document along with student ID cards are sent to the students.

Assessment

Student results are considered at Assessment Boards that take place in July.  The Assessment Boards consider student progression and award.

Award Ceremonies

Awarding students are invited to attend the University of Derby Awards Ceremonies which are held in January.
