Module introductions and expert interviews
A fantastic way of personalising your Course Resources area and delivering information about your subject to students in a really friendly and current way, is to create a short video introduction. This can be anything from simply talking to camera to briefly explain the module, to an on-location mini-documentary which provides a real context.
This can be particularly beneficial where students may be studying online, as it helps students "put a face to a name" and adds a human element to what can be an isolated method of study.
There may also be times where you want to bring expert opinions to the classroom and as an alternative to guest lecturers, video interviews with industry experts can give relevant and insightful information to your students and create a great resource you can use time and time again.
