Demonstration videos
If there is some equipment or a process which you find yourself demonstrating to students again and again, creating a demonstration video could save you a huge amount of time.
With video (and on-screen graphics) to show the task and a voiceover narration, the end result is a valuable educational tool that students can have 24-hour access to and pause and watch again as often as required, until the process is understood.
