The Collaborative and Active Teaching Space was formally opened by Professor Liz Barnes on the 17 March 2011. The room has many design features (not just technology), which has already proven to be a hit with both academic staff and students.

This website contains:

• Testimonials from users of the room, covering topics such as what they did in the room, teaching styles and general experiences.
• The furniture page takes a look at the fixtures and fittings in the room and suggests possible layouts.
• How to use this room, takes you through a step by step guide on what to do once you are in the room with particular emphasis on the use of the technology.
• The Teaching Activities page contains suggestions for teaching activities based on what we have seen already in the room.
