Nominated for BUVFC "Learning on Screen" Award

The Media Production team were nominated for a "Learning on Screen" award by the BUFVC (British Universities Film and Video Council). The film 'The Magistrates' Court,' which is part of a series of films created for the School of Law and Criminology, was nominated for best Education In-House Production Award.
The team attended the awards ceremony, presented by Professor Lord Winston, at BFI Southbank on 26 April where their film was praised for its application to students from a number of different disciplines, along with its innovative use of graphics and contemporary film-making techniques.  You can read more about the Awards Ceremony on our blog.
