Log into Blackboard and select the module from which you wish to send the email

• Click on Module Tools on the control panel area

• A list of tools available to you will appear
• Click on Send Email

• A list will appear asking to whom you wish to send the email

• Select an option from the list.
• Type your message into the message box; don't forget to include a subject.

• Any type of file can be attached by clicking on the Attach a file link. This file will be sent to all recipients of the email

 Press the button to send the email. You will receive a copy of the email.
