The Career Conversations Toolkit

This on-line resource is to support tutors or other staff, likely to be having 1-1 conversations with students about their personal development planning. This resource aims to provide personal tutors with questions they can put to students to initiate some thinking around career planning and to make sure all our students know about the range of careers information, and specialist careers advice and guidance service available to them.

Staff Development workshops

These can be provided to staff teams on topics including:

• Engaging students in career thinking and employability
• Graduate destinations and the employment market (tailored to your subject area)
• Employability resources
• Sessions available are advertised through our LEI Events
• Bespoke sessions can be negotiated for your subject area.
