Lee will give you an extensive insight into his experiences as a practicing Expert Witness and - with the aid of case examples and physical evidence - offer an insight into the work of the expert witness. He has a vast amount of experience both in and out of the courtroom and will give you an idea of how to use, work with and cross examine expert witnesses.

About Lee
A multi-discipline apprentice trained engineer with over 25 years experience in the field of Automotive Engineering and Road Transport. Previously a College and University Lecturer in Automotive Engineering, Transport Studies and Law, lecturing all disciplines at all levels since 1995. Lee has been a practicing expert witness since 2001;
Lee's field of work encompasses Civil Claimant & Defendant, Criminal Prosecution & Defence, acting on both Single and Joint Expert basis. Specialising in contract, sale of goods, rejection, negligence, product failure, causation, road traffic accident, death, personal injury, vehicle operation/construction, paint & body, unroadworthy vehicles, damage consistency & thermal event (fire).
Lee's clients have included; Private client, corporate, commercial client, motor dealer groups, motor manufacturers, major insurers, Local Authorities (Trading Standards), independent & national law firms.
