Global Community Festival - 10 to 12 October

We celebrate different cultures and languages through a series of talks, workshops and events for staff and students at our annual Global Community Festival

We recently held our a three day annual event to celebrate the diversity of international cultures at Derby

There were a number of open sessions and workshops for staff and students discussing:

  • Internationalising the curriculum
  • Supporting language skills for international students
  • Integrating diversity in the curriculum
  • And more...

Celebrating culture and diversity

During the festival we enjoyed music, dancing, henna painting and international food in the Atrium at our Kedleston Road site.
