Accessing UDo Timetable Info

Please follow these steps to see your module timetables.

  • Log on to UDo and click on Timetables in the Quicklinks section
  • Select Click here to view academic timetables 2012/13 timetables
  • Select Module timetable
  • Enter the module code (eg 4AZ001) into the Module Code box
  • Click Search, then click the button that shows on the left of the module details. If there is more than one version of the module listed, click the button next to the one you are taking ( eg Part Time )
  • Use the Week Name Range drop down list to select a time period Sep-Dec (Autumn semester) or Jan-May (Spring semester)
  • Click Next. Select View Timetable Graphic
  •  This will show all the classes linked to the module laid out by day and time (see image on the right)
  • Each entry will show the type of class (lecture, seminar etc), the site and room number, the name of the lecturer and the start and finish times of the class 

Room locations are sometimes listed by week number, which are found on the University's Academic Calendar. The first week of teaching is Week 9.

Teaching doesn't always take place in the same room each week.  Keep checking the timetable regularly so that you know if you need to go to a different room one week.
