How do I use eduroam?
The service is available now. If you have a Windows Device, an Apple Device or a Linux Device, access the University wireless network using UniFi and your University username and password.
Navigate to http://cat.eduroam.org click on 'download your eduroam installer' and save and run the offered file. Follow the simple instructions remembering that:
- 'email@example.com' - the username is the same as you usually use to connect to University services (such as UDo and University PCs). It is important to add '@derby.ac.uk' to this!
- 'password' - is your usual University password.
Or download the 'How to Connect to eduroam' guide.
If you are a visitor from another eduroam participating Institution, please consult your home institutions instructions on how to access eduroam.
