The University of Derby have an award winning Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team that will help students from the initial enquiry through to the final application process.
The CRM Team is an integrated team that ensures each student receives the correct information at the right time. Higher education is a huge personal investment and as such the decision-making process is a long and complex one. The CRM team is there to support students at every stage of the application process.
After receiving an enquiry from a student, the enquirer’s contact details are added to the International Database so that they receive our general email communications.
Our email communications are sent out weekly, and cover topics such as:
- how to submit an application
- how to apply for a scholarship
- University facilities
- Information on supplementary courses such as Pre-Sessional English and the International Summer School.
- Stages of the application process (CAS issuance, Visa etc.)
If you have a question that you would like to ask the CRM team you will usually get a response within 48 hours.
