Botswana Accountancy College (Gaborone, Botswana)
The College, which was established in 1999, is a well respected private college limited by guarantee, whose major shareholders are the Government of Botswana and Debswana, the country's diamond mining organisation linked to De Beers. It is the country's second largest education supplier after the University of Botswana, and it provides the highest quality business education.
The University of Derby runs postgraduate programmes, delivered by University lecturers at Botswana Accountancy College premises (Off Campus partnership arrangement). The MBA programme gives advanced standing to holders of the CIMA and ACCA qualifications.
The College also runs undergraduate programmes accredited by the University of Derby and taught by local lecturers (Franchise partnership arrangement).

Enrolment
Students apply directly to Botswana Accountancy College and enrol in April (postgraduate programmes) and September (undergraduate programmes). Once enrolled, the University of Derby provides students with ID cards and access to the University’s virtual learning environment (University of Derby Online) where online resources and learning materials are available.
Students will receive administrative support from both Botswana Accountancy College and University of Derby.
Award Ceremonies
Awarding students attend a University of Derby Awards Ceremony held in Botswana in March.
