IHTTI School of Hotel Management (Neuchatel, Switzerland)
IHTTI School of Hotel Management is part of the Swiss Education Group (SEG). It is one of the most established hotel management schools in Switzerland with a long and proud history, located in the centre of the historic university city of Neuchâtel, between Lake Neuchâtel and the Jura mountains.
The overall vision is to develop, in association with the University and others, a university institution concentrating on the service delivery sector concerned with tourism and hospitality and its management, at diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate level. collaboration with such an institution represents a major competitive advantage to the University as it seeks to develop its own centres of excellence in the same areas.
Programmes
The following programme is curently running at IHTTI:
Enrolment
Students apply to IHTTI and enrol in February and September. Student application and enrolment data is forwarded to UoD for input into the UoD Student Records System and a letter providing login details to the University's online virtual learning enviroment (UDO), web links to the UDo Student Guide (inc useful contacts) and the Universities 'Rights, Responsibilities and Regulations' document along with student ID cards are sent to the students.
Assessment
Student results are considered at assessment boards that take place in May and November. The Assessment Board considers student progression and award.
Award Ceremonies
Awarding students attend Award Ceremonies held at IHTTI in January and June.
