A university with strong partnerships

We are developing our reputation overseas as a key player in higher education, through successful partnerships that we have established over time, with a variety of institutions.

Botswana Accountancy College (BAC)

This is Botswana’s second largest education provider. We jointly deliver and accredit all graduate programmes, including their MBA. In addition, BAC delivers our accounting and finance, business enterprise, and from September 2011, the travel and tourism undergraduate programmes.

Mediterranean College, Greece

A private university-college which has consistently received acclaim for the quality of its teaching and management. We jointly deliver undergraduate programmes in business, computing and psychology, as well as postgraduate programmes such as the MBA and Masters in Marketing.

Swiss Education Group

Over the last 13 years, a successful partnership between the University of Derby and the Swiss Education Group has grown. We work closely with both the IHTTI School of Hotel Management in Neuchâtel, and the Swiss Hotel Management School (SHMS) in Leysin, to deliver a range of courses in tourism and hospitality.

Vakalo School of Art and Design, Greece

Vakalo’s design programmes are internationally acknowledged. Our relationship extends back 15 years. Undergraduate and postgraduate design programmes were developed by Vakalo and submitted for external validation by our University. Staff at Derby continue to work closely with colleagues in Vakalo.
