I chose the University of Derby as this is the only university in the world which offers a Masters in Spa Management.
”I am really pleased that I decided to study the Masters in International Spa Management at the University of Derby, Buxton campus. The staff are really supportive and I am learning a lot about the spa industry, which will really help me in my professional career.
What is life in Buxton like for me?
Monday
I do not have any lectures, so I go the library to do research and finish assignments. In the evening I take my wife and child to the pavilion garden and spend some quality time with them.
Tuesday
I usually get up early in the morning and get ready for my lectures, which start at 10am and finish at 1pm. After lunch I go to the library to work on my assignments and study untill around 7pm.
Wednesday
I have a class in the afternoon so I have a late breakfast, spend some time with my family, then I go to the library at 11am and work on my assignments. I have a lecture from 2pm till 5pm. In the evening I spend time with my family.
Thursday
I devote this day to studying.
Friday
I go to the library early to study and stay until about 12:30pm, then I work in the university itself from 1pm till 8pm. After a tiring day I go home to eat my dinner and go to bed as early as possible so that I am ready for the next day.
Saturday
I work from 10am until 4pm, and if weather permits I spent most of the evening in the pavilion garden with my family and close friends. Sometimes my friends come over in the evening to try some Indian cuisine.
Sunday
I work from 9am until 4pm and after work meet my family at spring garden. We spend most of our evening at home, usually watching films.
