The International Centre for Guidance Studies (iCeGS) is an applied research and development unit based within the Faculty of Education, Health and Sciences at the University of Derby. The Centre's  interests particularly focus on:

    • Guidance as a profession
    • Career learning and careers work with young people
    • The relationship between guidance and other partner professions
    • The role of values in career decision making and careers work
    • Using technology in guidance
    • Careers work in higher education
    • Careers work with adults
