LSIS Event: Understanding and implementing the Blueprint for Careers

23 October 2012

LSIS Event

LSIS are running a free workshop on the 22 November in London to explore the Blueprint for Careers and how it can support career development and employability. LSIS trialled the Blueprint for Careers with providers across the learning and skills sector including colleges, ACL, WBL, schools and universities. Feedback from staff and learners was very positive and enabled them to develop a version of the Blueprint especially for England.

The event will provide an overview of the Blueprint for Careers and the free resources we have produced to support its implementation and also explore how it links to current agendas including employability. We will also look at how it can be applied in different contexts. The session will be interactive. The Blueprint can be used very flexibly and there is no charge to use it and you can also adapt it to suit the need of your learners and organisation.

The programme for the day is:
