Government Response to Heseltine Review.

iCeGS Visiting Professor Tony Watts, has released the nineteenth Policy Commentary for Careers England entitled 'Government Response to the Heseltine Review'. The policy commentary details both the original Heseltine Review and the Government response and discusses the likely impact for careers services in England. The main concern expressed in the review is that the recommendation made in the original Heseltine review to move funding for the adult careers service to a localised funding model decided by each local LEP, which could potentially make the National Careers Service no longer a national service.
