Mary McNally
Mary was nominated for University of Derby Lecturer of the Year for both 07/08 and 08/09 .
She has won two Staff Certificates of Excellence for Promising Research and for Teaching and Learning.
Her most recent work on her third year Shakespeare technology enhanced module have been shown at an English Colloquium, Senate House, University of London.

Teresa Barnard
Teresa has had various publications to date including her critical biography of Anna Seward, the Derbyshire born writer, Anna Seward: A Constructured Life. This was published with Ashgate in September 2009. The book examines censored and unexplored manuscripts which give fresh perspectives to Seward's life and writings.
Teresa has given conference papers and also published articles and chapters on women's writing in the eighteenth century and is currently researching Enlightenment women and the literature of science.
