Lorraine Burn, a graduate of our BA (Hons) English course, has created a pocket book guide to planting and growing vegetables. Lorraine is a writer and noticed a gap in the market with the type of gardening books that are currently on offer.
The Veggie Grower's Bible offers practical, hands on advice for both inexperienced and experienced gardeners alike. As it fits into a pocket, gardeners can carry the full colour A6 size book around with them and refer to it when they are working on their vegetable patches.
Lorraine is from Duffield and has grown vegetables on her local allotment for several years for her family.
