Engagement/Consultation
We value contribution and engagement from our employees. Consultation and engagement is an integral part of our Equality Analysis process. There are three ways in which you could contribute to help us ensure that our policies, procedures and services are fully inclusive of LGB staff:
• From time to time we run consultations groups - if you would like to be notified of the dates of groups please contact the Equality and Diversity team
• We have a consultation web page where details of consultation surveys will be published
• If you are a member of the LGB action group you will be invited to consult on policies, procedures, plans and strategies
