Disability networks
Disabled employee networks are a vital method of sharing disability best practice. An employee network group empowers disabled people and also allows non-disabled employees to benefit from disabled employees' experience.
We have a Disabled Employee Consultative Group which acts as a facility for disabled people to air their views and concerns. The network also offers vital support to disabled employees from their peers. The group meets approximately three times a year. For further information please contact the Equality and Diversity Coordinator, HR Department, ext 1440.
