LGBT Group Action Plan 2012
- Research procedures for homophobic bullying for staff and students at the University and, if necessary, make recommendations for improvements to Equality and Diversity Committee
- Produce guidance for staff and students on what to do if experience homophobic bullying and for managers who receive reports of homophobic bullying
- Ensure LGBT is included in the equality staff development framework
- Continue visual awareness raising events - Gay History Month, IDAHO, Diversity Week
- Joint other LGBT networks locally and nationally and attend community events
- Review and act on Stonewall recommendations
- Raise visibility of the LGBT Action Group
- Increase membership of the LGBT Action Group
