The Dome restaurant
The Dome Fine Dining Restaurant is an amazing place to begin your career in Hospitality and Culinary Arts. As a student at this unique site, you'll gain real experience providing restaurant service of the highest order, as well as chances to have the responsibility of team management both back of house and front of house.
Opened by top chef Anton Mosimann in November 2005, The Dome restaurant is a regional showcase for excellence in hospitality and catering education. It seats around 80 covers and is fully booked many weeks in advance for lunch and evening meals. Half of the kitchen is situated in the restaurant, providing a visual cookery theatre where guests watch their food being prepared.
