Student placement experiences

You'll do three modules of Practice Placement in three work settings

Practice placements encourage you to take the occuaptional therapy theory you've learned and apply it to real life situations. You'll work with qualified occupational therapists, who are trained to assess and develop your practical skills.  Your placements will be in distinctly different areas of practice, for example physical health and mental health settings with placements being primarily in the East Midlands.

During your placement you'll meet with a visiting tutor from the Practice Placement team. They're here to support you through your placement.
