Learning Beyond Registration for health professionals
All LBR funds for the University that were allocated to your employing organisation have now been fully committed for the current contract year.
As a result, at the present time, we are taking new applications for funding for modules starting between October 2016 and March 2017 but on a waiting list basis until we are in a position to confirm that additional funding is available.
We will respond to your enquiry as quickly as we can.
Our Learning Beyond Registration (LBR) provision is designed to meet your needs and provide opportunities for the further development of your skills and knowledge in health and social care.
The modules are flexible and designed to fit around your life and work patterns. You can choose to study online, by distance learning or attend taught classes at Derby or Chesterfield. Whichever way you choose, you can be assured you'll be fully supported throughout your studies by our team of academics who are qualified and practising professionals.
Which module is right for you?
You can choose from a wide range of modules to suit your interests and career aspirations, whatever level you're at in your career or training.
- Level 6 modules are for qualified nurses holding an Advanced Diploma in Nursing.
- If you're already qualified to bachelors degree level, you can select from our Level 7 masters modules.
